3 Ways to wear a Swimsuit

Image
Hello everyone,           I am back with another Blogpost. In this blogpost, I am going to be sharing a few ideas on how one can style a swimsuit in 3 different ways!  Did you know earlier in the 1800s, swimsuits used to be long dresses. It is wonderful to see how they have evolved with time.          Today we get to see so many variations, from a one-piece monokini to a two-piece bikini. From different cuts to cut-outs, floral prints to animal prints and from solid colours to metallics.  There are so many types available that we can even style them with different pieces to create a whole look!  LOOK 1          Paired the one shoulder  swimsuit having a cut-out detailing with the blue and white printed palazzo pants. A bauble necklace is such a fun accessory and adds a pop to any outfit.  LOOK 2         Wore the swimsuit with a blue denim and a pair of chunky earrings.  LOOK 3           Never thought a PU skirt would look so chic with a swimsuit.

Hello everyone,                         I believe in having pieces which can be styled in multiple ways for different occasions. We often get bored of wearing the same piece over and over again. Sometimes, we might just wear it once or twice and it is just there in the wardrobe for years and years!  The Fashion Industry is growing rapidly. There are new trends in the market almost every now and then. But it is not reasonable or possible for us to constantly change our wardrobe according to the on-going trends each time!  In today's post I am going to share a few ideas of how one can style a pair of white pants in 5 different ways. This way you can get the best and optimum use out of the pieces in your wardrobe! LOOK 1 : THE TRENDY ATHLEISURE LOOK In this look, I have paired the white pants with a sporty neon tank top. The High-Street Style Series

"It's a new era in fashion there are no rules. It's all about the individual personal style" -Alexander McQueen The most important thing is to wear clothes which make you feel good and comfortable about yourself.  Street style is the fashion that regular people, models or celebrities, wear out and about to events. There is always a great scope for experimenting in street style. I feel street style is inspired from day-to-day life, culture, technology and is a representation of who you are.  The best part about this fashion is that there are no rules or limitations. Anybody who has a passion for fashion can combine various pieces of clothing and accessories and put together a stylish look without having to spend thousands!  Look 1 Outfit details: Top - Zara Denim - Rue 21 Heels - Lulu & Sky Look 2 Outfit details: Top - Zara Trousers - New York & Co. Flare Denim - A comeback of 70s Fashion

Image
Flare Denim was a major trend in the 70s and it has officially made a comeback. Flare denims aren't of the same type anymore. To give the silhouette a western appeal, additions like slits, rips, frayed edges have been done.  The variation in the lengths and flares have made it easier for women of all heights to wear it. Being a short person, I always thought flare denims wasn't a thing for me. But thanks to cropped denims!  Cropped flare denims can be worn by women with short height as well. Cropped denims can be teamed up with loose shirts, bodysuits, tank tops, camis and heels or boots to add that extra little height.  Outfit details : Bodysuit - Forever 21 Denims - Rue 21 Heels - Tedish Paris

How to style a Printed Maxi Dress

A printed maxi is a summer wardrobe essential. The breezy silhouette, prints and colours make it suitable for the season. We can't also deny the comfort of a maxi dress.  A maxi dress has the ability to emit an ethereal vibe for a day look. With an array of maxi dresses available in the market, it is essential to present it in a different way to stand out.  Be it a floral print, a geometric print or an abstract print, a denim jacket goes with all.  Accessories also add up to the look and create a summery vibe.  Outfit details : Dress & Neck-piece - Janpath,Delhi Denim Jacket - Forever 21

"CONFIDENCE IS CONTAGIOUS, CATCH IT, SPREAD IT"  Did you guys know? The clothes we wear have a huge impact on how we feel.  In today's world, confidence is the key to everything. If you are confident, you will be heard. If you are confident, you will be appreciated. In the end, if you are confident there is nothing that can stop you from doing absoluetly anything !  Power Dressing not only boosts up confidence but also reflects a strong personality and a positive attitude. Power Dressing is all about feeling comfortable and cherishing our strengths and flaws. My Look I am wearing a short solid green jacket with a plain white camisole inside. Paired it up with a pair of black tie-waist pants which look very smart and stylish. Pearls are used to create a simple yet a stylish statement and thus I have teamed up my look with a pearl bracelet.  This look can be worn to work, a meeting, a conference and even just to cheer you up when you are feeling low !

Spring/Summer 2018 trend - STRIPES

Image
Stripes are usually a huge trend each spring/summer and 2018 is no exception. Striped jumpsuits are a sophisticated way to take the  casual resort wear onto a next level. The subtle coloured stripes look playful and are very summer-friendly ! I personally feel jumpsuits are the perfect way to dress up in summer since they are extremely comfortable and simply stylish.  My look : I am wearing a wide leg jumpsuit with vertical stripes. The jumpsuit has a small cut-out detailing with a tie-up which is very cute and flirty. Paired up the look with matching coloured tassel earrings and a pair of white slip-ons to go with it. I tried to create a very easy-breezy look which can be worn to a brunch, for a day-out, on the beach or even for a picnic in the garden !  Outfit details : Jumpsuit,Shoes,Earrings - Target, USA
