The High-Street Style Series

Image
"It's a new era in fashion there are no rules. It's all about the individual personal style" -Alexander McQueen The most important thing is to wear clothes which make you feel good and comfortable about yourself.  Street style is the fashion that regular people, models or celebrities, wear out and about to events. There is always a great scope for experimenting in street style. I feel street style is inspired from day-to-day life, culture, technology and is a representation of who you are.  The best part about this fashion is that there are no rules or limitations. Anybody who has a passion for fashion can combine various pieces of clothing and accessories and put together a stylish look without having to spend thousands!  Look 1 Outfit details: Top - Zara Denim - Rue 21 Heels - Lulu & Sky Look 2 Outfit details: Top - Zara Trousers - New York & Co. Flare Denim - A comeback of 70s Fashion

Image
Flare Denim was a major trend in the 70s and it has officially made a comeback. Flare denims aren't of the same type anymore. To give the silhouette a western appeal, additions like slits, rips, frayed edges have been done.  The variation in the lengths and flares have made it easier for women of all heights to wear it. Being a short person, I always thought flare denims wasn't a thing for me. But thanks to cropped denims!  Cropped flare denims can be worn by women with short height as well. Cropped denims can be teamed up with loose shirts, bodysuits, tank tops, camis and heels or boots to add that extra little height.  Outfit details : Bodysuit - Forever 21 Denims - Rue 21 Heels - Tedish Paris
